Alitalia: the new gastronomic service

The Italian Alitalia Air Compagnia announces the beginning of its new food service approach for the passengers that enjoy the comfort of Classica Bonus.
In this opportunity, Alitalia submits two culinary new proposals specially elaborated with the purpose of reflecting the exquisite kitchen Italian, using recipes and typical ingredients of the different regions of Italia.
The catering menus are designed by ALMA (Italian School of International Kitchen).
As first option, the passengers will be able to enjoy the menu Dolomiti whose income consists on smoky ham with vegetables, seeds of fennel and rye bread like first plate. As principal plate one will be able to taste Ravioli Ampezzani with cheese smoky ricotta together with a salad of veal carpaccio, cabbage, toasted cumin and currant. Lastly, like dessert will be served Val di Non bavarois of apple.
On the other hand, the menu Maremma, offers as income Bread Panzanella with oil of virgin olive. As principal plate offers stew of goat paw, artichokes and potatoes toasted together with a salad of mushrooms and grass with virgin extra oil . Finally as dessert, one will be able to enjoy a delicious bread of ginger with sauce of vanilla.
