Rio street carnival 2013: carnaval bloco gathered 70 thousand people

The Carnival street band “bloco” Simpatia É Quase Amor gathered 70 thousand people.
Riotur, the official Rio tourism office, informed that 70 thousand people participated Saturday afternoon, February 2, 2013 , of the parade of the Simpatia É Quase Amor(Sympathy are Almost Love), in Ipanema, South Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The carnival bloco honored Iemanjá and the poet Vinícius of Moraes, with the plot “Olha que coisa mais linda, saindo da praça, é o Simpatia que vem e que passa, doce balanço, a caminho de Iemanjá” and with samba song of authorship of Guilherme Vargues, Manuela Trindade, Nina Rosa and Bil-Rait Buchecha. Rio at full steam in the Carnival week !!!!!!! Official Rio Carnival begins on February 8, 2013.
