Air Jamaica slogan: losing 150 million
October 8, 2009
Problems with Air Jamaica. The Jamaican government says it cannot afford to maintain the
airline and has been trying to sell it for two years. Prime Minister said the airline is
losing $150 million annually.
The Jamaican airline has laid off nearly 500 people since January, when it also eliminated
routes to Atlanta, Miami and Los Angeles and closed offices in those cities. We hope a quick
solution, remember the old Air Jamaica slogan ” Jamaica In The Air” ? .. Used in the 1970s
to promote tourism…

The fantastic fireworks began on time at midnight, soon after the countdown. The expectation was that the pyrotechnic show lasted 20 minutes, but a small delay in the shots of the fires in one of the rafts increased the time of the show in 5 minutes.
