Ticket counter hours of operation:
4:30am-11:00pm
Ticketing hours:
1:15pm – 5:00pm
Customers with checked baggage should arrive 2 hours before flight departure.
Terminal information
United operates out of Terminals 6 and 7.
For customers with domestic e-tickets, boarding pass issuance and bag check is available at curbside. Check and Go bag service costs $2.00 per bag.
Customers traveling with e-tickets and checked baggage should enter at the west end of Terminal 7 (door marked “E”).
Customers traveling with paper tickets and checked baggage should enter at the east end of Terminal 7 (door marked “G”).
United First, United Business, Global Service, 1K, Premier Executive, Premier, Premier Associate, and Star Alliance Gold and Silver members are invited to use a more convenient check-in area at the Premier lobby located in Terminal 6 (door marked “C”).
